The Foreign Trade Unit of Rowshan Sanaat Engineering Company began its professional activities in 2009 with the aim of sourcing its required items from reputable foreign suppliers. After gaining sufficient experience in the field of foreign trade and familiarizing itself with, as well as evaluating, valuable international suppliers, it expanded its activities to supply these items to other industrial and economic operators in the country. In 2014, the structure of this unit was reorganized to enable continuous and effective communication with top-tier European companies of global standards. The Foreign Trade Unit of Rowshan Sanaat Company, being an integral part of a manufacturing unit and an engineering company, has been acting as a consultant alongside the buyer from the very beginning of the procurement process, providing necessary engineering advice in selecting the right products and designing systems. Moreover, due to its manufacturing nature, the company is proud to serve its valued customers throughout the entire process—from design consultation, technical and engineering guidance, procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning, to training.
It is worth mentioning that, given the training of the company’s personnel by parent foreign companies, in case of any issues, the company’s after-sales service team will promptly assist the buyer. Due to its high-speed performance and accurate execution of all processes, the company is currently responsible for the maintenance and repair of NORD products not only in Iran but also in neighboring countries.
Supply of Industrial Items
Due to special circumstances, since 2009 the company has established its office in Frankfurt, Germany, to supply the required items for the country’s non-sanctioned industries. To this day, this valuable operational arm has been responsible for providing items within its field of expertise and technical knowledge, such as those needed for material handling, steel, and mining projects. Therefore, this unit is ready to provide services for supplying essential items to partner companies or the relevant factories.
